Peter Belden has been named general manager for the Rockford, IL-based facilities of Packaging Coordinators Inc (PCI). Entering his new role, Mr. Belden has more than 25 years of experience in the packaging industry. He most recently headed PCI’s operations in Hay-on-Wye, Wales in the UK.
